**Key Responsibilities**: - Manage customer orders from fulfillment through to shipping. - Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure timely shipment of orders. - Communicate daily with carriers to execute shipments and resolve any issues. - Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, for load tendering. **Qualifications**: - Proven experience in logistics or a similar role. - High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
