Monitor sales behavior to identify strengths, weaknesses, and growth opportunities for developing expansion plans. Become an industry expert to understand market opportunities. Requirements Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Preferably 2 to 5 years of experience in portfolio management, sales management, mass consumption, or retail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management, sales system design, and data analysis. Passion for sales and partnership management. Skills in data analysis and a passion for building strategies based on data. Entrepreneurial mindset: resilient and capable of seeking alternative solutions.
