E-Commerce Leader - Colombia **Main Porpuse of this role**: The Ecommerce Leader will lead Kimberly-Clark Professional’s strategic eCommerce business development in focused main distributors and retails in Colombia. **If you have commercial ecommerce experience, you are the right person for this role!!!!!** The role should hold deep digital/eCommerce know-how and operation experience, strategic eCommerce business planning and implementation capability, matured & experienced in conducting strategic business engagement with the category manager/higher level of eCommerce platforms, solving fundamental bottlenecks and pushing the O2O collaborations to gain a joint-force in long-term business development. This role requires a strong background of B2B eCommerce business, eCommerce platform negotiation skills, cross-function and cross-culture communication capability, high attention & sensitiveness to customers insights, competitive sense. The person in this role will need to be comfortable working both as part of an international team and autonomously, effective with juggling various projects simultaneously, and result-oriented in their working style. **Key Responsabilities**: - eCommerce Strategic business planning, investment plan & management and partnership engagement with main eCommerce Retails and Distributors - Business model development, management and optimization from the customer experience, cost-effective and business development perspectives - Strictly execute KCP Colombia eCommerce strategies and achieve the sales target within the investment assigned - Regulate, manage and improve the shops operation foundations in brand image, review and online services, etc. - Buildup, monitor and optimize the eCommerce distribution network in Retails and Distributors eCommerce and result-proven actions to the unauthorized sellers - Well collaborate and ensure the perfect execution of the digital brand building, e-marketing campaigns & promotion activities, and achieve the target ROI - Regular platform visits and dialogues, establish & keep the good business relationship, capture the trend of eCommerce market, identify the business opportunities and exhaust the most of potentials - Well collaborate the online eCommerce business to offline sales, lead and ensure a joint-efforts of service model to better achieve business result - Strict business management & review with platforms, service providers, distributors, to ensure the online exposure & activities are in accordance with compliance and law requirement, solve the business bottlenecks to drive the business breakthrough - Develop, monitor and continually optimize online product merchandising, pricing & product portfolios via the externally & internally collaborated efforts - Work with cross functional teams to ensure consistency in online/offline messaging - Account receivable and trade spending management - Drive Join Business Plan into main Retailers and Distributors - Execute eCommerce Playbook the eCommerce partners - Implement Marketplace in main partners - Other responsibilities assigned by line manager **Global VISA and Relocation Specifications**: **Primary Location** Colombia - Flexible Location - Bogota **Additional Locations** **Worker Type** Employee **Worker Sub-Type** Regular **Time Type** Full time
