We’re seeking a highly experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our marketing efforts with a strong focus on qualified lead generation, brand visibility, and conversion-driven campaigns across digital channels. This is a mission-critical role designed for a data-driven marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of driving growth in B2B SaaS or technology-driven businesses. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership Lead the development and execution of the company’s digital marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives and revenue targets. Manage and mentor a growing marketing team, agency partners, and freelancers as needed. 2. Demand Generation & Performance Marketing Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across SEO, Paid Media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), and Affiliate/Partner Marketing. Drive inbound marketing performance with a focus on high-quality B2B lead acquisition and funnel conversion. Continuously optimize all digital marketing channels, including search engines, paid platforms, and organic social, to maximize visibility, traffic quality, and engagement. Apply A/B testing and data analysis to refine campaign performance and lower cost-per-lead (CPL). 4. Content Marketing & Thought Leadership Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling, value-driven content across platforms (website, blog, LinkedIn, newsletters) that educates and nurtures our target enterprise audience. Ensure brand voice, positioning, and messaging are consistent and resonant with buyers across the sales cycle. 5. Brand Awareness & Positioning Develop and execute brand awareness campaigns to build credibility and visibility in target markets and industries. Collaborate with sales and leadership to align messaging, case studies, and positioning with go-to-market (GTM) priorities. 6. Analytics & Reporting Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs, campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline impact using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and campaign dashboards. Translate insights into actionable recommendations and iterate quickly for continuous improvement. Requirements Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience leading digital marketing initiatives for B2B SaaS or tech companies. Proven expertise in SEO, paid acquisition, and affiliate/partner marketing. Experience managing marketing strategy across LATAM markets is a strong advantage. Industry Knowledge (Preferred but not required) Familiarity with verticals such as commercial real estate, retail, hospitality & tourism, airports, or healthcare infrastructure in LATAM. Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools, Canva or Adobe Suite (Photoshop), and Google Workspace. Skills & Attributes Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business outcomes. Excellent communication skills in both English (B2 level or higher) and Spanish. Self-starter with strategic vision and a hands-on approach to execution.
