To excel in this role, you interact with cross-functional stakeholders to manage spend and market analytics (for example, conducting “make or buy” analyses). He or she leads the development and execution of sourcing practices especially for (but not limited to) Logistics in Wacam, by including sourcing strategy execution, negotiations and stakeholder management. This position seeks, working close to Wacam clusters, to maximise procurement value contribution, always observing the service level received from suppliers and a concern of continuous improvement. The range of suppliers include VOCC, NVOCC, Customs Brokers, Local and International carriers, Air Freight suppliers and Warehouse suppliers. **What you need to know about this position**: This position has the responsibility to negotiate and control activities related to logistics, especially (but not limited to) Logistics. He/her must keep good integration with peers, acting on stakeholder management, negotiation execution, analysis for opportunities and project development, always adhered to MDLZ policies. As other responsibilities, we can highlight: - Oversee management of services to provide a savings to Mdlz's overall costs, superior service to internal and external customers and ensure a safe and compliant operation; - Lead, participate in and support projects and negotiations that improve Mdlz's overall strategic position; - Actively propose initiatives to generate productivities and help MDLZ to improve its service level and financial performance; - Monitor suppliers' service levels, performing root causes analysis and supporting the implementation of corrective actions to ensure the adequate performance; - Observe the correct process and procedures, according to procurement policies and quality/environmental patterns.
