You will support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for spend categories and support the continuous improvement and standardization of the strategic sourcing processes **How you will contribute** You support spend category teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies for specific spend categories. To excel in this role, you interact with cross-functional stakeholders to manage spend and market analytics (for example, conducting “make or buy” analyses). You also generate insights from bid events, prepare supplier negotiation materials, support project execution and supplier relationship management, and drive controls and compliance. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with experience and knowledge in: - Procurement - Data Analytics - ability to analyze and visualize large amounts of data - Supply market analysis experience preferred - Project management - Negotiating, influencing and building collaborative relationships **More about this role** The Logistics Sourcing Manager Wacam works in cooperation with the BU and Regional Strategic Sourcing teams. He or she leads the development and execution of sourcing practices especially for (but not limited to) Logistics in Wacam, by including sourcing strategy execution, negotiations and stakeholder management. This position seeks, working close to Wacam clusters, to maximise procurement value contribution, always observing the service level received from suppliers and a concern of continuous improvement. The range of suppliers include VOCC, NVOCC, Customs Brokers, Local and International carriers, Air Freight suppliers and Warehouse suppliers. **What you need to know about this position**: This position has the responsibility to negotiate and control activities related to logistics, especially (but not limited to) Logistics. He/her must keep good integration with peers, acting on stakeholder management, negotiation execution, analysis for opportunities and project development, always adhered to MDLZ policies. As other responsibilities, we can highlight: - Oversee management of services to provide a savings to Mdlz's overall costs, superior service to internal and external customers and ensure a safe and compliant operation; - Lead, participate in and support projects and negotiations that improve Mdlz's overall strategic position; - Actively propose initiatives to generate productivities and help MDLZ to improve its service level and financial performance; - Monitor suppliers' service levels, performing root causes analysis and supporting the implementation of corrective actions to ensure the adequate performance; - Observe the correct process and procedures, according to procurement policies and quality/environmental patterns. Track adherence and generate visibility / take actions to solve potential issues; - Guarantee comply of safety, security and quality standard with suppliers across operations. - Assure the best efforts to improve negotiation performance, according to procurement best practices; - Ensure a continue alignment with regional strategy and participate actively in regional and/or global procurement / logistics forums, as well as collaborative initiatives or bids; - Focus on self develop to ensure a smooth succession plan to the position. **Job specific requirements**: Expertise in: - Foreign trade and Logistics knowledge and principles. - Financial focus and commitment. - At least 4 years experience managing sourcing or logistics operations (6+ total experience) - Education: Business Administration, Engineering - Language: Advanced in English and/or Spanish, written and oral. - Skills to negotiate with Suppliers **No Relocation support available**: **Business Unit Summary**: **WACAM is Mondelez International’s Latin America presence with 1,700 wonderful people proudly representing a diversity of cultures and nationalities.
