Complete and update reports, maintain systems and data. Support additional projects and tasks as needed. Coordinate logistics for travel, events, meetings, and training. What You Will Bring Experience in administration and support roles. Strong customer service orientation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and good interpersonal skills. Teamwork skills and ability to anticipate needs. Additional Information Position focused on Order Management for North WACAM region, supporting process improvements and credit/collections follow-up. Requirements include at least 5 years of experience in customer service, order management, invoicing, credit, or financial accounting, leadership experience, supply chain knowledge, data analysis skills, advanced English (minimum B2), and experience in FMCG companies is desirable. Main responsibilities include supervising order processing, implementing process improvements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring KPIs, leading the Order Management team, and supporting credit and collections processes. Additional qualities include excellent communication, teamwork, and influencing skills. No relocation support available.
