What you'll be doing: ️ Design and implement new features alongside cross-functional teams ️ Write clean, maintainable, and performance-oriented code ️ Solve complex technical challenges and deliver scalable solutions ️ Take initiative and make decisions in ambiguous or uncertain contexts What we're looking for: ️ 8+ years of solid backend experience with Python (true senior level) ️ Strong command of FastAPI and experience in cloud environments (GCP preferred) ️ Advanced English (spoken and written) — this is non-negotiable ️ Autonomy, initiative, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset ️ This role is not a match if: You’ve had high job turnover in recent years Your background is mostly in consulting firms You’ve never worked with IT product companies You lack experience working with US-based teams or clients (Please note: these are client-defined filters applied before interviews.)
