Strategic Initiatives and Delivery Leadership We are seeking a skilled professional to join our investment team. This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne, requiring at least three days of on-site work per week. Key Responsibilities: - Drive business transformation and lead strategic initiatives by providing hands-on contributions and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and global colleagues. - Manage stakeholder engagement throughout the initiative lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, alignment on project goals, and timely progress updates. - Oversee delivery across a comprehensive change portfolio, setting milestones, monitoring progress, and mitigating risks to ensure projects meet organizational objectives. - Lead and develop a high-performing team, representing the organization locally and globally to foster positive outcomes and a culture of accountability. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Degree in Project Management, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. - 7-10 years of experience in investment or asset management, with a strong background in investment operations, management, or data management. - Proven experience leading strategic and transformation initiatives. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and build strong relationships. - Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and quality.
