Agile Event Facilitation and Product Ownership Role Summary A collaborative team player with expertise in agile methodologies, product ownership, and servant leadership is sought to facilitate product-related events, maintain artifacts, and drive innovation delivery. Main Responsibilities: - Partner with Product Ownership to deliver prioritized backlogs and drive innovation delivery through effective collaboration. - Maintain productive relationships with agile team roles, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure execution alignment and foster a culture of trust. - Develop and educate teams on Lean-Agile practices, self-organization, and self-management to enhance productivity and efficiency. - Collaborate with technology partners to leverage capabilities and expertise, driving business value and innovation. - Drive Azure DevOps best practices and support the Technical Program Manager in product delivery activities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Systems Management (preferred). - 5+ years of work experience or 2-3 years of relevant experience in CPG delivery teams or Top-Tier consulting firms. - Microsoft ADO skills and SAFe Scrum Master certification are essential for this role. - Ability to articulate Scrum Team performance, data-driven dashboards, and velocity improvement to inform strategic decisions. - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are required for effective communication with senior and executive leadership. - Experience leading Scrum/Agile team events and supporting PI Planning events is highly desirable.
