Project Growth We're a fast-paced team dedicated to helping top U.S. companies grow their offshore talent across sales, marketing, and operations. With rapid scalability in mind, we're seeking an experienced Director of Operations to drive smarter decision-making, faster growth, and prepare us for the next phase of expansion. This high-impact role involves day-to-day operational oversight, managing recruiting operations, tracking key metrics, AR/AP, bookkeeping, and providing strategic financial leadership alongside our bookkeeping team and fractional CFO. The Role: Strategic Leadership - Oversight of operational health and financial processes, partnering closely with our CEO. - Management of a 5-person direct reports team and 15 indirect reports, focusing on data-driven decision-making and process improvement. - A stepping stone to becoming a Chief Operating Officer (COO), either here or elsewhere. Key Responsibilities - Operational Oversight: Streamline recruiting operations, optimize processes, and lead automation projects using tools like Zapier, HubSpot, ClickUp, and Slack. - Develop scalable internal processes, ensuring seamless growth. - Create informative dashboards to monitor KPIs across recruiting, finance, and operations. - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on growth strategies and capacity planning. - Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling expertise is essential. - Manage bookkeeping, AR/AP, and ensure accurate invoicing and collections. - Pricing strategies, working closely with a fractional CFO when needed. - Analyze costs and ROI, recommending optimizations for improved margins. - Review financials, providing insightful recommendations to leadership. - Create real-time financial visibility dashboards in Google Sheets/Excel. Requirements - At least 5-8 years of operations experience, with 3+ years of managing teams of 5+ direct reports in a B2B context. - Minimum 2 years of finance experience or exposure, with proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. - Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, ClickUp/Asana, and Zapier. - A strategic thinker with hands-on approachability. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights clearly. - Experience in recruiting/staffing, SaaS, or B2B services. - Willingness to take a cognitive exam in math, verbal, and attention to detail. - Ability to speak quickly is essential.
