We are seeking a highly organized Event Coordinator to manage event logistics, coordination, and execution. This role focuses on behind-the-scenes work and does not require on-site attendance at events. Key Responsibilities: - Event Logistics Management: Coordinate all logistical aspects of our participation in industry events, including scheduling, registration, and compliance with event requirements. - Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, event organizers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure alignment and timely execution of event-related tasks. - Project Tracking: Monitor event progress, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. - Post-Event Analysis: Collect feedback from internal teams, assess the effectiveness of event participation, and provide recommendations for future improvements. Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years in event coordination, marketing operations, or a similar role, preferably within the tech or cybersecurity industry. - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for clear and concise information dissemination. - Familiarity with event management in CRM systems and collaboration tools.
