About the Role We're looking for a talented individual to help build deeper connections with audiences and transform client business objectives into insight-rooted plans. Our goal is to stay ahead of the industry curve by building strong relationships with media owners, managing all reservation-based media activity, and delivering against campaign objectives. Your Responsibilities: - Develop audience and media research data to inform media plans and best-in-class campaign management. - Serve as the agency lead for research tools, delivering data points for consumer insight generation. - Create compelling media plans that excite clients and deliver against their objectives. - Analyze post-campaign reviews with insightful analysis, demonstrating the effectiveness of our planning. - Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and career progression of executives. - Brief media representatives on industry trends and maintain business partnerships. About You: - You have 1-3 years of experience at a digital media agency. - Previous experience buying reserved media is a plus. - You thrive in team environments but also work independently when needed. - You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable thinking on your feet. - You have strong analytical skills, including analyzing raw data and developing actionable recommendations. - You're self-motivated, highly organized, and diligent with attention to detail.
