**About WPP Media** **Role Summary and Impact** - As a Manager Implementation Planning on the Offshore team, you’ll help turn strategy into insight-driven media plans that connect with audiences beyond the banner. You’ll guide campaign execution, manage reserved media buys, and work closely with media owners to deliver standout results. In this role it will be critical to embrace WPP & WPP Media’s shared core values: - Be Extraordinary by Leading Collectively to Inspire transformational Creativity.- Create an Open environment by Balancing People and Client Experiences by Cultivating Trust.- Lead Optimistically by Championing Growth and Development to Mobilize the Enterprise. **Key Responsibilities**: - Input into tactical campaign outputs, specifically investigate media selections and custom opportunities and input into post campaign reviews with insightful analysis, demonstrating the effectiveness of our planning.- Be the agency lead for research tools, delivering data points for consumer insight generation.- Turn tactical presentations into media plans that excite the client and deliver against their objective.- Build relationships with media representatives to maintain business partnerships, give account updates and briefings for industry trends. **Requirements & Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree.- Advanced English level (B2-C2).- 1+ years of experience managing work teams.- 3 years' experience at a digital media agency and previous experience buying reserved media.- Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze raw data, identify true insight, and develop actionable recommendations.
