The Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies in international markets, identifying and evaluating foreign suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The role involves optimizing costs, quality, and supply chain efficiency. The position oversees sourcing and subcontracting of household items for supply to the US, Mexico, South America, and Brazil. Requirements Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields, with postgraduate studies. Minimum of 5 to 10 years of leadership experience in Latin America, with international experience in procurement, supply chain planning, or logistics. Over 5 years of experience in procurement processes, purchasing, inventory management, supplier development, and product lifecycle management. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and sourcing strategies, with the ability to translate them into effective sourcing tactics. Broad business knowledge across sectors such as leisure, fashion, home, and jewelry. Solid financial knowledge, especially regarding inflationary environments, basic statistics, and cost structure analysis. Negotiation skills, contract management, and commercial agreement expertise. Strategic and global vision, excellent service attitude, and negotiation skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally. Advanced English proficiency (Essential). Plus: Experience in direct sales companies. Work hours Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. On-site position. Indefinite contract with excellent benefits.
