You will support category-changing initiatives in partnership with marketing, RDQ, finance, and other functions. How you will contribute You will: Drive dialogue with Marketing, RDQ, Finance, and other functions to assess and recommend business solutions. Inspire and influence cross-functional, multi-regional teams and engage both internal and external partners to support product and business model innovation, delivering sustainable, incremental, and profitable revenue. Support strategic innovation roadmap development. Support the innovation process from concept to commercialization. Ensure successful rollout of existing bundles in white space markets. Assist regions with best practices on winning bundles. More about this role Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Development: * Contribute to the development of comprehensive long- and short-term strategies aligned with overall business objectives for the WACAM region. * Identify and assess emerging market trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic recommendations. * Define target audiences, value propositions, and key marketing priorities for brands and categories. * New Business Development: * Explore and evaluate potential new business opportunities within the WACAM region, including new product categories, market segments, and distribution channels. * Develop business cases and financial models to support new initiatives. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, R&D, Finance) to assess viability and develop go-to-market strategies. * Data Analysis & Insights: * Use data analytics tools to extract insights from marketing campaigns, sales data, and consumer research. * Develop and monitor KPIs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. * Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. * Marketing Execution & Optimization: * Support marketing plan execution across channels, including digital, traditional advertising, and in-store activations. * Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data. * Ensure brand consistency across all marketing activities. * Category Knowledge & Insights: * Maintain understanding of the competitive landscape and consumer trends. * Leverage insights to drive brand growth and market share. * Share expertise with the marketing team. Qualifications: 12+ years in marketing, strategy, or business development within CPG. Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Nielsen). Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Fluency in English required.
