Job Requirements This full-time position requires a strong background in technical infrastructure management. As a Technical Infrastructure Manager at Auxis LLC, you will oversee the administration, management, and maintenance of various technologies, including Windows servers, M365, Manage Engine, Rubrik, Zoom, GoAnywhere, and VM environments. You will also participate in technical research to drive innovation within the infrastructure environment. Essential Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology or equivalent work experience is required. - Minimum 6 years of experience with Microsoft domain networks. - Extensive experience with server hardware design and best practices. - Experience with Active Directory (GPO, DNS, DHCP, Sites, and Services), Microsoft 365, Zoom, VMware, Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022, Manage Engine, Windows 10/11. - Ability to install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and desktops. - Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation of repetitive tasks. - Strong problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT/Ops, Customer Support, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders. - Cloud environment management experience in Azure or AWS environments a plus. - Knowledge of ITIL standard practices and procedures a plus. - Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. - Self-driven individual with a willingness to quickly learn new technology and expand their skill set.
