As a Senior Media Buyer at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will be instrumental in driving client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts, ensuring that every strategy is executed seamlessly to transform projections into tangible, scalable growth for our clients. Your actions and decisions will reflect the core values of CTC Global, serving as a beacon for these principles. At CTC, your trained expertise covers the entire spectrum of CTC’s Strategic Forecasting methods and the foundational principles of media acquisition. Your role extends beyond delivering measurable business outcomes—you will be a proactive partner in client success, maintaining clear and transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations. This ongoing engagement builds trust, strengthens client relationships, and positions CTC as a strategic leader in performance marketing. You will also be a representative and zealous advocate for CTC's unique approach to media acquisition and its tools. Follow Prophet system execution to 100% within timelines. Deliver work on time with high quality and attention to detail. Client Communication Champion communication, ensuring client alignment on Growth Map goals and next steps. Send daily performance updates to clients. ORIENTATION This role is client-facing. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? Salary progression from $2,000 in month 1 to approximately $7,000/month by month 3, with annual ranges of $64,000–$76,000 in year 1 and $100,000–$120,000 in year 2, depending on performance.
