Technical Responsibilities - Data Management: Maintain and update Salesforce and HubSpot to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information. - Process Improvement: Identify manual and repetitive tasks that can be automated using software tools, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. Requirements - Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Business Intelligence. - Experience: 2 years of experience working as a Planner or Data Analyst in the automotive or motorcycle industry (desired but not required). - Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively in an international environment, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and artificial intelligence software tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, and Salesforce. - Language: Advanced level of English language proficiency. - Availability: Must be available to work in Colombia.
