You will play a key role in managing day-to-day administrative tasks and engaging with incoming sales leads. Your work will directly impact team efficiency and customer growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage office coordination tasks, schedules, and internal communications - Support sales efforts by following up with incoming leads and inquiries promptly - Maintain organized records of lead interactions and sales activities - Assist leadership with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks - Coordinate weekly team updates and ensure task alignment - Provide logistical support for occasional in-person meetings in Bogotá Must-Have Qualifications: - Proven experience in office management or administrative roles - Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish - Experience handling client interactions and lead follow-up - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) - Comfortable working remotely with occasional in-person coordination Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience supporting sales teams or CRM familiarity - Background working in startups or fast-paced environments - Familiarity with remote communication tools like Slack or Zoom
