At Prometeo Talent , we are partnering with a fast-growing U.S. software company to find an experienced HR Manager who’s ready to take the lead in a global, fully remote environment. You will work closely with the executive team, lead a small HR team, and help build scalable processes that drive real impact across an international workforce. What You’ll Do: Partner with leadership on HR strategy and decision-making. Define, track, and improve key HR KPIs. Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance across the U.S. and LATAM. Manage international contractors and remote operations. Lead performance reviews, career development, and training programs. Build leadership development initiatives and scalable people processes. Foster a strong, inclusive company culture. Use employee feedback to improve the overall experience Requirements: 5+ years of HR experience related to experience (preferably in global or remote environments). Advanced English (written and spoken).
