Role Description: This role involves a key role in enhancing executive productivity through efficient calendar management, travel and event coordination, email administration, and support with both administrative and personal tasks. A high level of confidentiality, autonomy, effective communication, and strong proficiency with digital tools is expected. The role requires close collaboration with the senior EA/PA, anticipating needs and ensuring smooth coordination of executive activities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings across multiple time zones. - Coordinate CEO travel, executive events, client meetings, and general logistics. - Manage executive email inboxes, draft communications, and prioritize urgent matters. - Provide administrative support: documents, research, contact lists, and digital file organization. - Handle personal and household tasks such as appointments, online orders, and reminders. - Work closely with the senior EA/PA, serving as a backup when needed. Required Skills: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles, executive assistance, or calendar coordination. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to draft and manage professional correspondence. - High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability in handling sensitive and confidential information. - Proficiency in digital tools, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, video conferencing platforms, and cloud-based collaboration systems.
