Who You Are You are a hands-on Full Stack Developer with a strong inclination toward backend development. You're passionate about building scalable APIs and robust microservices, while also being capable of delivering clean, responsive interfaces using modern front-end frameworks. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate well in agile teams, and are motivated by solving real-world problems with modern cloud-native technologies. Your Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, hosted on AWS (Lambda, ECS, and containerized services). - Build and integrate RESTful APIs and cloud functions in a secure, scalable manner. - Collaborate with the front-end team to implement responsive interfaces using React.js. - Work with PostgreSQL for database modeling, query optimization, and data integrity. - Design and implement containerized solutions using Docker or similar technologies. - Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an agile setup. Required Skills and Experience - 4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack or Backend Developer. - Strong backend experience with Node.js, Express, and microservices architecture. - Proven experience deploying and maintaining services on Amazon Web Services (AWS) — particularly Lambda, ECS, and container-based environments. - Hands-on experience with React.js for frontend development. - Proficiency in PostgreSQL and working knowledge of relational data modeling. - Familiarity with Docker containers and related orchestration tools. - Comfortable working in agile/scrum teams with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines. - English proficiency and excellent communication skills. Nice to Have - Experience with serverless architectures or Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Cloud Formation). - Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Cloud Watch, ELK, etc.). - Previous experience in consulting or working with nearshore teams.
