Location : Must be in Colombia - Remote Environment : Colombian and International Teams Language : Intermediate to Advanced English - Conversational Contract Type : Non-fixed Term Experience : At least 2 years Salary : $3,500,000 COP per month + commissions (1,500,000 COP to 5,000,000 COP) The Role We are seeking a Sales and Customer Relations Specialist in the signage industry responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and concerns through strong listening skills. The role involves providing product or service information, resolving issues, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Associate will build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers, understanding their needs and offering effective solutions to drive sales and contribute to the company's profits. Essential Functions Call customers to sell products. Advise clients on current promotions, services, and available products. Track order status and ensure timely delivery or dispatch. Verify product availability for customer orders and offer alternatives when needed. Share knowledge and advise clients on best practices and innovative solutions. Submit reports on open orders as per SOP. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and accounting, to ensure consistency in product and service delivery. Qualifications Experience in sales or customer service. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, including active listening, persuasion, negotiation, and closing sales. Proficiency with sales software, CRM systems, or similar technological tools. Positive attitude, energy, enthusiasm, and resilience toward sales challenges.
