Rooted in a culture that champions growth, agility, and a people-centered approach, we're committed to fostering an environment where everyone can strive. **Key Responsibilities**: **-Lead Generation**: Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads through various digital marketing channels. **-Inbound Marketing**: Create and manage inbound marketing campaigns, including content creation, SEO, and social media engagement, to attract and convert prospects. **-Lead Magnets**: Design and deploy effective lead magnets such as eBooks, whitepapers, webinars, and other resources to capture leads. **-Growth Marketing**: Utilize growth marketing tactics to drive customer acquisition and retention, focusing on scalable and repeatable strategies. **-Analytics and Reporting**: Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, generate insights, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). **-Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure a cohesive approach to market growth. **-Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights that inform marketing strategies. **Qualifications**: - English B2+ - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field. - Proven experience 3-5 years as a Marketing Analyst or similar role in B2B marketing. - Strong understanding of inbound marketing tactics and lead-generation strategies in B2B Industry. - Experience with lead magnets and growth marketing techniques. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Adwords, SEMRush, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
