Web Development Opportunity We are seeking a skilled web developer to support our publishing needs. You will work closely with our Creative Director on design implementation and collaborate with others who provide content and strategic input. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain web pages using React, DatoCMS, and Netlify. - Ensure responsive design and fast page-load times. - Work with Figma designs to build pixel-perfect layouts. - Set up and maintain analytics tools (GTM, dataLayer, Piwik, Clarity). - Track user interactions and form submissions (Hubspot). - Plan and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates. - Collaborate with designers, marketers, and SEO teams. Requirements - Strong frontend skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React). - Experience with DatoCMS and Netlify. - Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and tracking setup. - Comfortable with analytics tools (Clarity, Piwik). - Experience with A/B testing and CRO basics. - Great attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and communicate clearly. Nice to Have - Experience with Webflow. - Familiarity with Hubspot CMS and Intercom. - Previous experience in a CRO, SaaS, or growth team.
