Under broad direction, performs HPS (Horizontal Pump Systems) installations, commissioning and service, checks, and troubleshooting. Provides instruction and technical support to customer personnel in the proper handling and operating procedures of Halliburton HPS Equipment, Variable Speed Drives and other Surface Equipment. Performs HPS operational analysis, alignment, vibration readings, and minor repair of some HPS equipment parts, and understands how specific operating conditions can affect pump performance. - Preferably mechanical or petroleum, degree, and 5+ years of experience in HPS operations - Ability to perform quotations, understand costing and customer interaction - Perform HPS installations and commissioning, checks, and troubleshooting - High proficiency in English written and spoken is necessary. - Maintenance and assistance of installed equipment, and make necessary adjustments to maximize HPS operational efficiency and variable speed drive set up - Perform Report, quality dossier, understand and follow up with manufacturing on current projects - Provides instruction and technical support to customer personnel in the proper handling and operating. **Halliburton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
