This role within the Digital Workplace Identity Team requires technical expertise in Active Directory, Okta, Microsoft Cloud technologies, and Azure. You will support project delivery, provide training to first-line support, and manage some third-line escalations. As an Identity Analyst, you will serve as an escalation point for identity-related incidents, coordinate with team members on projects and daily operations, and must be an Identity SME, preferably certified. You should possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal in English) and be able to work collaboratively with a multinational team to ensure successful product rollouts. You will support a diverse user base across 50+ countries, including office locations, manufacturing sites, and remote users. Operating as part of an international team for complex projects is essential. In this role, you will be responsible for quick identity issue resolution, proactive improvements, and maintaining a customer-first mindset. You will be part of a globally distributed support team providing identity support for projects, employees, technical teams, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Monitoring adherence to corporate policies to identify potential risks - Supporting leadership in Digital Workplace and Identity coordination - Supporting the Enterprise Architecture team on identity topics - Managing licenses and related documentation - Handling user licensing and resolving licensing issues - Tracking compliance reporting and addressing non-compliances - Managing software license assignments and deactivations - Tracking contract renewal dates and supporting renewal processes - Updating logs, preparing reports, and submitting to management - User profile management - B2C integration skills are a plus - Familiarity with OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML protocols - Experience managing user profiles, authentication, and authorization - Proven background in identity and access management - Experience troubleshooting identity issues at organizational and technical levels - Experience with end-to-end authentication and authorization troubleshooting - Knowledge of software licensing principles across countries - Knowledge of compliance reporting - Familiarity with Okta, Active Directory, Azure AD, Azure B2C, IAM, Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance, MS Office, ITIL, ServiceNow, Confluence, Jira - Knowledge of licensing for vendors like Microsoft, Okta, Sailpoint, Delinea - Experience supporting vendor audits - Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills - Strong customer and business focus - Tenacious problem-solving skills Education/Qualifications: - At least 3 years of IT experience, preferably in a regulated multinational environment - Experience with identity technology stacks is a plus - Certifications in Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, or Okta are advantageous - Experience with Privileged Access Management is a plus - Experience with license management portals - Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral We are committed to equal opportunities and diversity.
