About The Role Looking for a candidate in LATAM. Collaborate with product development team to execute packaging concepts and ensure brand consistency across materials. Translate approved creative briefs into production-ready files for print and manufacturing. Prepare dielines and ensure accurate file setup, including bleed, trim, and color specifications (CMYK, Pantone, etc.). Liaise with the Director of Packaging to ensure packaging meets quality, technical, and production standards. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to packaging, materials, or print processes. Maintain an organized archive of packaging assets, dielines, templates, and production specifications. Rebuild and update outdated packaging files to meet current production standards and brand guidelines. Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, Slack, Google Docs.
