Location: Colombia Seniority Level: Mid-Senior Level About the Role: We are looking for a Business Advisor to support our Directors and First Line Managers (FLMs) in driving operational excellence and business impact. This high-visibility role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Sales Operations, Business Strategy, or Revenue Enablement, and who thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. As a Business Advisor, you will be a trusted partner to sales leadership, leading strategic cadences, analyzing performance metrics, ensuring process adoption, and enabling execution against account and territory plans. Key Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate Director/FLM Check-In/Check-Out cadences, tracking actions and ensuring execution. Provide daily support to Directors and FLMs, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies. Analyze KPIs and business performance to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Ensure consistent adoption of regional processes, tools, and reports. Oversee the execution of Account and Territory Planning, ensuring quality and alignment with business goals. Support the preparation and delivery of QBR (Quarterly Business Review) presentations with leadership. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing to align initiatives and remove blockers. Maintain accountability for follow-ups and execution tracking across all relevant business plans. What We're Looking For: 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Strategy, Sales Enablement, or similar roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with KPIs and large data sets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to influence and engage with senior leaders. Familiarity with account and territory planning processes, pipeline management, and sales cadences. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools is a plus. Performs budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations. Reviews capital expenditures and analyzes sales-related expenses associated with such things as the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. Performs regular variance analysis for expenses and budgets. Evaluates pricing structures to ensure fit with company objectives. Effectively incorporates client delivery schedules and operational changes into future revenue forecasts and revenue timeline considerations. Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses. May develop sales quote tools. Career Level - IC3
