The IT Infrastructure Technician plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft AD identification and access management, licensing, user devices provisioning, software deployment, and videoconference solutions among other organizational platforms. This position requires expertise in handling a decentralized fleet of devices and users across the globe, providing T2 support, and ensuring proper documentation and knowledge transfer to T1 technicians and internal teams. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: **1. Microsoft AD Identification & Access Management**: - Manage and administer Microsoft Active Directory, ensuring accurate user accounts, permissions, and groups. - Synchronize and align cloud (Microsoft Azure/Entra) and On-Premises Active Directory environments. - Implement and maintain identity and access management policies. - Adapt identity management systems’ features to new needs and challenges across the organization by working closely with internal clients and external experts on the matter. - Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues. **2. Microsoft Licensing and Non-Business Application User Licensing**: - Monitor Microsoft Licensing assignment, ensuring compliance and optimal utilization. - Conduct regular audits to verify licensing compliance and to identify potential improvements on its use. **3. User Devices Provisioning and Lifecycle Management**: - Follow-up the provisioning and decommissioning of user devices globally ensuring an optimal compliance with MSF OCBA standards. - Implement and maintain a comprehensive lifecycle management system for user devices. - Collaborate with procurement to ensure a proper selection of type and model of IT user devices and their timely availability. **4. Software Deployment and MDM Management**: - Develop and execute software deployment strategies. - Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) for laptops, mobile devices, and tablets, and ensure it meets organizational needs following a flexible and adaptable approach. - Monitor the MDM and Security tool to check health and integrity of users and their devices and act accordingly. - Perform technical activities and measures to ensure that end user devices are secure, up-to-date, and compliant with organizational policies. **5. Phone Service Management**: - Administer mobile and landline phone services globally. - Troubleshoot and resolve phone service-related issues that fall into device configuration category. - Collaborate with service providers to optimize communication services and explore new technologies available in the market. **6. User OS and Base Software**: - Follow-up the deployment and maintenance of user operating systems. - Ensure standardization and security of base software across all user devices. - Implement updates and patches delivery procedures to mitigate vulnerabilities. **7. Plan and Maintain Videoconference Solution**: - Design, implement, and maintain videoconference solutions for office hardware and software. - Troubleshoot videoconference-related issues and optimize performance. - Stay informed about emerging technologies in videoconferencing. **8. Decentralized Fleet Management**: - Develop and implement processes for managing a decentralized fleet of devices and users. - Collaborate with regional IT teams to address specific needs and challenges. - Provide remote T2 support for users across different geographical locations. **9. Documentation and Knowledge Transfer**: - Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for solutions and procedures under their technical domain. - Share knowledge with T1 technicians and internal teams through training sessions and documentation reviews. - Keep abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements. **SELECTION CRITERIA** **Technical skills**: - Proven experience with mobile device management tools (MDM) in decentralized environment. - Experience with deployment and maintenance of videoconference solutions and its integration with overall IT Infrastructure. **Education and experience**: - University degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent additional working experience. - Proven experience in a similar IT infrastructure role. **Certifications**: - Desired relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administr
