Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a technically skilled Digital Strategist with strong SEO/SEM experience and a back-end focus. In this role, you will be responsible for driving SEO performance through deep technical audits, site optimization, and strategic collaboration with IT and development teams. You will help shape the search visibility of our digital properties, working behind the scenes to ensure our platforms meet the highest technical standards for search engines. What You’ll Be Doing Conduct technical SEO audits using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Quantum Metrics. Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (site speed, crawl errors, indexing issues, redirects, broken links). Support product detail page (PDP) optimization across large catalogs (thousands of SKUs). Collaborate with IT, Merch, and Marketing on site architecture, UX improvements, and mobile optimization. Support link-building and PR initiatives by identifying high-quality backlink opportunities. Stay current with search engine algorithms and best practices. Enhance metadata, headers, and product descriptions for SEO performance. Recommend improvements and develop implementation roadmaps for content. Guide content creators using SEO best practices for blog posts and landing pages. Build and maintain SEO dashboards. Track and analyze site performance, traffic trends, rankings, and conversion data. Work closely with developers to implement SEO recommendations and resolve technical issues. What We’re Looking For Advanced level of English (B2+ | C1). 3+ years of experience in a technical SEO role. Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs). Experience diagnosing and resolving back-end SEO issues. Familiarity with website architecture, schema markup, HTML/CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify). Basic understanding of SEM and paid advertising strategies. Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
