Title and Summary Manager, Product Management, Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E;) - Rewards and Offers Overview The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E;) team focuses on products and solutions that address dynamic market needs. We are seeking a Regional Manager product lead for LAC to oversee product solutions and P&L; management for CA&E; - Rewards & Offers products and platforms. This role will be an expert on our Rewards & Offers solutions and be responsible for ensuring the products are scaled across the Region. The position requires a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, ensuring the products meet local market needs, and proactively enhancing and innovating the product line by collecting requirements for future development. The role involves delivering the product go-to-market strategy and partnering closely with the Commercialization counterparts to ensure each product is part of the broader solutions portfolio to drive desired business outcomes. The position will work closely with Regional and Global Product Leads, Services Business Sales Leads, and Account Managers.
