Position: Technical Project Manager, Technology Governance & Performance / International Banking Technology & Transformation Purpose International Banking Technology & Transformation (IBTT) is a centralized program management office supporting various technology initiatives across the bank. As a Technical Project Manager in IBTT, you will lead diverse projects across business lines and technologies, utilizing various project management methodologies. You will work in a culturally diverse environment, providing top-tier project management expertise to our Technology and Business partners. Accountabilities Manage and ensure the successful delivery of complex projects involving multiple teams and external vendors. Plan the end-to-end design of processes and projects with infrastructure partners. Develop and maintain high-functioning project teams. Influence business project decisions impacting financials and operations. Provide technical advice and develop roadmaps within your technical specialty. Independently run executive Steerco meetings with senior leadership. Promote a customer-focused culture, deepen client relationships, and leverage bank-wide systems and knowledge. Work with sponsors and managers to prioritize requirements, issues, and deliverables. Create and maintain risk/issue logs, escalating as needed. Define and manage the project roadmap and budget. Reporting Relationships Primary Manager: Program Director, Technology Governance & Performance, IBTT Direct Reports N/A Shared Reports N/A Dimensions Number of employees supported: 0 Supports all Resource Managers within IBTT Project and portfolio budget: $20M Systems used: Jira, SmartStream, CA PPM, MS Projects, MS PowerPoint Qualifications 5-7 years of experience managing large, complex IT projects with infrastructure components (security, networking, cloud), preferably in financial services. Proven track record managing projects with budgets up to $10M+ involving multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of project management tools and techniques: JIRA, MS Projects, Waterfall, MS PowerPoint. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
