We’re looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team and help us monitor and protect our infrastructure while strengthening awareness across the company. About the Role: As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will support the development of our cybersecurity program, ensure timely incident response, and promote a proactive security posture. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in both technical and collaborative environments. Minimum 1 year of proven experience in cybersecurity (mandatory). At least 1 year of experience in on-site IT support or infrastructure support (preferred). English level: B2+ or higher (mandatory). Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. Manage and respond to security incidents involving end-user devices and accounts on Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and on-premise Active Directory. Monitor and manage alerts and controls from Carbon Black Antivirus. Oversee cybersecurity vendors: track cases, monitor compliance KPIs, conduct monthly reviews, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Promote cybersecurity education to support prevention, detection, and response to vulnerabilities across the organization. Provide training and guidance on cybersecurity policies and best practices. Perform vulnerability assessments, incident response, and forensic analysis. Administer outsourced cybersecurity services and vendor relationships. Develop and maintain metrics to monitor infrastructure performance and risk. Identify and implement improvements in cybersecurity operations and processes.
