The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of artist profiles and visual assets, collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Experience: 1-2 years What you'll do: Manage artist name change requests received via Zendesk tickets, ensuring accurate updates across diverse DSPs. Action artist name change tickets by emailing DSPs or utilizing DSP-specific forms. For iTunes/Apple artist name change requests, follow a specialized workflow involving Transporter for creating new artist IDs and updating content. Coordinate with Label Managers to ensure artist name changes are reflected in internal systems and generate necessary metadata updates for various DSPs like Spotify, Pandora, Tidal, YouTube, TikTok, and Meta. Address and resolve inactive pixel tickets for video thumbnails in iTunes Connect, involving the cropping of pillar boxing or letterboxing. Utilize S3 software (e.g., Cyberduck) to navigate storage, download image files, and manage asset locations for video thumbnail corrections. Perform image editing (e.g., using Mac Preview) to crop inactive pixels from image files and export them in the required format (JPEG). Search for and update video metadata within iTunes Connect by inserting new, corrected thumbnail files. Consistently monitor ticket statuses and update records to reflect resolved issues and completed tasks. Ensure accurate data processing and adherence to specific DSP requirements and tight deadlines for all content and metadata updates. Who you are: Bachelor’s degree in any stream. 1 to 2 years' experience in data curation, metadata management, digital content operations, or a related field. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally in both written and spoken formats, especially when interacting with DSPs and internal teams. Strong observation skills and exceptional attention to detail, crucial for identifying and correcting intricate data and visual discrepancies. Thoroughness in task completion and a proactive approach to flagging, following up on, and resolving issues that may impact work. Capable of working accurately and with consistency, even during peak operational phases or under pressure. Ability to maintain a high level of concentration and commitment, particularly when handling sensitive documents and intricate workflows. Demonstrated technical aptitude for navigating various digital platforms, internal systems (e.g., Zendesk, iTunes Connect), and specialized software (e.g., S3 clients, image editors).
