You will work closely with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs, design effective sourcing strategies, and guide candidates through a smooth and positive selection process. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Selection Management Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels: job boards, social media, referrals, internal databases, and networking events. Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, pre-screening, interviews, candidate presentation, offer, and onboarding coordination. Work closely with hiring leaders to fully understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies. Talent Attraction & Employer Branding Keep job postings updated across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency with the employer brand. Implement creative and effective strategies to attract a diverse and high-quality talent pool. Candidate Coordination & Experience Schedule interviews and gather feedback in a timely manner. Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and continuous follow-up. Optimization & Metrics Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future needs. Track and report recruitment metrics, identifying improvement opportunities. Stay up to date on industry trends, recruitment tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and candidate quality. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Talent Management, or related fields. Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume environments and headhunting. Knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job board platforms. Experience conducting competency-based interviews and candidate assessments. Intermediate/advanced English level.
