Only CVs in English will be accepted Job Description: Community Manager, Full-Time Position Brief Description: We are seeking a highly creative, proactive, and organized Community Manager to lead our social media presence, build a strong and engaged community, and contribute strategically to content and brand growth. The ideal candidate lives and breathes the brand 24/7, has excellent communication and design skills, and a passion for beauty and lifestyle content. This role requires managing the full content calendar, handling daily engagement, and co-creating visual strategies that strengthen the brand’s identity. This is a 100% remote position, and fluency in English is required. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end content calendar, ensuring consistency across channels and alignment with product launches, brand campaigns, and seasonal moments. Propose weekly and monthly feed layouts (especially grid-based proposals) to maintain a cohesive and compelling brand visual identity. Develop and execute platform-specific strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging channels.. Community Building & Engagement Handle DMs and actively engage with followers, identifying new brand-building opportunities and creating meaningful relationships. Spark conversations, encourage UGC, and convert passive followers into loyal brand advocates. Monitor sentiment, gather community insights, and bring those learnings to the brand team. Co-create ideas alongside the Brand Manager and wider creative team, aligning on storytelling, visuals, and formats. Ideate and prototype content using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) and design platforms (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express). Bring basic video editing and visual design skills to enhance content across platforms. Brand Consistency & Visual Direction Maintain and strengthen the visual integrity of the brand through all digital touchpoints. Ensure that every message and post reflects the brand’s voice, values, and design principles. Performance & Optimization Track key metrics using analytics tools to monitor engagement, reach, follower growth, and community behavior. Use performance insights to test new ideas and iterate on content formats. Benchmark results against industry standards and brand KPIs. Stay up to date on platform updates, emerging tools, Gen Z content trends, and shifts in the creator economy. Pitch fresh ideas, collaborations, and viral formats that align with the brand’s DNA. Qualifications: Experience: 1–2 years in a community manager or social media role, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle. Skills: Strong design and visual direction skills; confident using tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc. Communication: Excellent English verbal and written communication. Mindset: Brand-obsessed, proactive, adaptable, and collaborative. Tools: Familiarity with social scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite), AI tools, and content analytics platforms.
