Who You Are We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team. This job is for you if you are a highly motivated, results-oriented individual passionate about sales, technology, and building relationships with people. As an Account Executive, your role will be to develop new business with a primary focus on the SMB market segment and Spanish speaking markets (Spain & Latam) Your role is a full-cycle sales role working with both inbound and outbound leads. Success in this role will be measured by key performance metrics, including target achievement, pipeline creation, and conversion rates across the sales funnel. This is a remote-first role, open to candidates based in Colombia, speaking Spanish natively and English in a professional capacity (any other language is a plus but not required) Responsibilities Include - Manage outbound sales activities like cold emails and cold calling - Deliver product demonstrations tailored to your prospects’ needs and goals - Manage deal cycle from sourcing to closing - Follow an established sales process and meet the KPI requirements set by management - Learn and adhere to sales and demo playbooks - Understand market trends and dynamics to ensure success in developing new markets - Build an in-depth understanding of product and buying personas - Accurately forecast sales performance on a monthly and quarterly basis - Collaborate closely with Marketing & Customer Success teams to improve pipeline creation and customer retention - Participate in industry events across LATAM, Europe and the US to develop the brand awareness of Enso Connect and its customer base Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in a business development, Account Executive or Sales role - Proven success in full-cycle sales, with a demonstrated track record of achieving results - Experience with software CRM tools such as HubSpot - Excellent organisational skills with the ability to balance many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items and a desire to continuously improve in your role - A background in B2B Sales, ideally within the hospitality and technology space.
