We utilize Alteryx, Python, PowerBI, and other leading technologies to redesign processes based on core Automation principles: efficiency, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand. Responsibilities: Incident resolution for Python and Alteryx-based automation solutions Incident analysis, debugging, and testing Collaboration with developers and architects Communication and support to solution end users Identification and implementation of process and solution improvements Support for month-end close processes Position type: Full-Time (Home based) What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree – preferably in IT, Finance, Maths, or Economics Proficiency in Python Experience with Alteryx is an advantage Strong communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment and demonstrate flexibility Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills Experience working in an SSC environment is an advantage Leading Technology Stack: Python (Pandas and Selenium are essential) Alteryx (Alteryx Designer Core certification is a plus) Experience with ERP Systems such as SAP, Peoplesoft, Coupa, ServiceNow is an asset Additional skills considered an advantage include SQL, Power Excel, VBA, Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Microsoft Power Platform, RPA tools (UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), Java, API Development IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights, and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
