Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Credit and Collection Specialist to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. As a key member of our Andean Market team, you will be responsible for credit granting and support to Treasury and Collection Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for the Key Account Management team in all credit control and collection-related matters. - Conduct reconciliations of customer accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies. - Review and validate the application of provisions for the Andean Market accounts receivable portfolio. - Apply intercompany payments and support internal and external audit requirements related to credit and collections processes. - Assist in the preparation of monthly cash flow reports and gather documentation for Credit Committee meetings. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineer, Economy or similar. - 5-10 years of experience in Credit & Collections area in a worldwide company or local large company. - Good communication skills, fast learning ability, oriented to deliver results, negotiation and customer oriented. - SAP knowledge is a plus. - Power BI knowledge is a plus.
