Job Title People Partner Associate Position type: 6 MONTH TEMPORARY Contract (MATERNITY COVERAGE) ** All CVs must be submitted in English *** About Your Business Area/Department: People and Culture support the organization designing and implementing the people and culture strategy. Focus on the employee experience, engagement, and compliance. Summary of the role: The People Partner plays a key role in ensuring a positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle — from pre-hiring to exit — by supporting core People & Culture (P&C;) processes and acting as a strategic advisor to managers and employees. This role partners closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, and Global Mobility to implement local and global initiatives. As a matter expert of the local regulation must keep the company in compliance and ensure a world class employee experience. Supports with execution and initiatives the company ESG strategy. In this role you'll: - Ensure employee experience throughout the work cycle of the people, from the pre-hiring phase to the end of employment. Onboarding, Performance, Training, Disciplinary actions. - Coordinate and execute along with the COE's Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Global Mobility, processes, initiatives, and projects. - Act as a subject matter expert and, support local and global management with guidance and counsel on employee matters. - Keep updated all transactions and movements in Workday. - Plan and execute the Health and Safety Program (SGSST). - Plan and execute the Wellness, teambuilding, and socialization activities. - Can create ad hoc reports, presentations, and information, audits, authorities request, COPNIA. - Participates in P&C; project and initiatives. - Created internal communications. - Plan and execute the Volunteer activities. - Support training logistics. - Oversees and follow up on completion of surveys. About the ideal candidate: - Ability to work on a temporary basis for only 6 months - Hybrid work model from the Bogota office - Professional in Human Resources related careers, preferable.
