MISSION OF THE POSITION: The Marketing Specialist plays a vital role in the success of our marketing efforts by managing the infrastructure that powers our campaigns, ensures data accuracy, and enables scalable growth. This person is responsible for maintaining clear visibility into performance across channels and capturing the stories and content that bring our products to life for customers. Working closely with the CMO and the broader team, this role is both strategic and hands-on. RESPONSABILITIES: Maintain and optimize data within HubSpot and Company App, including lead tagging, segmentation, source attribution, lifecycle tracking, and syncing with sales workflows. Build and manage automated lead routing to ensure Sales receives qualified leads quickly and accurately. Deliver a daily lead report to the CMO with a breakdown by brand, source, and campaign. Conduct a weekly CRM review with the CMO to flag issues with lists, explore segmentation opportunities, and resolve UTM or tracking conflicts. Campaign Performance Reporting Develop and manage dashboards tracking key metrics such as CPL, ROAS, CTR, and qualified leads. Regularly analyze data from Meta, Google, email, and organic sources to support ongoing campaign optimization. Identify and flag underperforming ad groups or channels in need of adjustment. Monitor trends to help forecast seasonal demand, content performance, and overall marketing ROI. Join weekly sales syncs for each Aden Company entity to report on lead volume, sources, and campaign performance. Act as a bridge between marketing campaigns and field execution, ensuring alignment on intent and outcomes. Content Support Meet with the CMO to align content production with campaign priorities, educational themes, and storytelling opportunities. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines by reviewing marketing materials and coordinating updates as needed across all companies. Assist in compiling and repurposing content for use in social media, internal communications, or marketing decks. Support event coordination and logistics for company initiatives. REQUIREMENTS: CRM Management experience (HubSpot is a plus). Proficient in creating/interpreting reports. Strong organizational and communication skills.
