Role Overview The Telecom Engineer is responsible for supporting voice platforms globally. Skills - Hands-on experience primarily with AudioCodes SBC, Asterisk Gateway, Avaya ACD, AES, CMS, Verint Recording Platform, System/Session Manager, ACME SBCs, SIP. This includes hardware, software standards, engineering, and security within voice platforms, with a strong focus on system reliability and security. - Advanced proficiency in English is required. Responsibilities 1. Provide 24x7 operational support for Voice Devices, capacity planning, and infrastructure audits. 2. Create and manage detailed infrastructure documentation and procedures to ensure consistency. 3. Proactively monitor Voice systems to minimize production downtime. 4. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including vendors and support teams. 5. Provide Level 2 support for unresolved Sev1 issues impacting multiple regions. 6. Assist in preparing RCA for Sev1 incidents. 7. Design solutions for new site setups and ramp-ups. 8. Participate in technical calls with customers for solutioning or RCA discussions. 9. Evaluate new products and technologies.
