About the Role The Director of Information Technology Strategy will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our technology vision, aligning it with business objectives. This includes directing infrastructure, telecommunications, and service initiatives, as well as defining and implementing solutions for service indicators. Main Responsibilities - Technology Leadership: Provide strategic direction for all aspects of information technology, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. - Infrastructure Management: Oversee the planning, deployment, and maintenance of infrastructure, including network architecture, server administration, virtualization, storage, and data center operations. - Project Management: Lead IT projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery, on-time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. - Team Management: Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance. - Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, employees, customers, and vendors, to ensure seamless collaboration and relationships. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's preferred. - At least 8 years of experience as an IT Manager, with 3+ years in leadership roles. - Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. - Strong technical knowledge in network infrastructure, server administration, virtualization, storage, and data center operations. - Proven success in managing IT projects from start to finish. - Understanding of ITIL framework and best practices. - Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, VCP, or ITIL are advantageous.
