As a **Customer Service Representative,** you will negotiate rates with carriers to cover loads that were tendered over by a customer. **Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**: - Provide superior customer service to customers and carriers. - Qualify and set up carriers properly in the TMS. - Review and update carriers' status that are suspended in the TMS. - Monitor and execute assigned KPIs weekly. - Provide the manager with updates and help come up with a plan of action to solve any situation for continuous improvement and problem-solving. **Requirements**: **What would help you succeed**: - Believe and love what you do. - Communication and negotiation skills. - Highly motivated and competitive. - Team player, personable and outgoing. - Proactive, multitasking and decision-making. - Critical thinking and open to feedback. **Minimum requirements**: - **Studies**:High School Degree is **required**. Desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics related. Additional studies are also considered. - **Experience**: At least 1+ year of experience in logistics related. - **Language**: Advanced English skills. B2 or C1. **Perks**: - **Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm., following the American Calendar. - **Contract**: Indefinite contract + benefits. - **Location**: Only for Barranquilla.
