Seeking a highly driven and creative Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. Your mission is to act as a second brain, understanding the intricacies of the executive mindset and anticipating the need to streamline processes and decision-making. You will be part of a team of 2-4 EAs supporting a busy founder with personal and work tasks, with significant responsibilities and tasks that will grow with time. Professional English is required. **Responsibilities** - Executive Support and Representation_ - Act as a proxy for the executive, managing communication and decision-making processes. - Maintain and manage the executive's schedule, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of tasks. - Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity, representing the executive's interests. - Creative Problem-Solving and Initiative_ - Continuously seek innovative solutions to complex challenges. - Proactively identify areas of improvement and propose creative strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness. - Take the initiative to start and complete projects with mínimal guidance, demonstrating high independence and resourcefulness. - Communication and Collaboration_ - Over-communicate plans, thoughts, and actions to the executive team. - Work collaboratively with other assistants and team members to ensure a cohesive approach to task management. - Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and feedback to improve overall team performance. **Requirements**: - Technical Skills_ - Experience in an executive assistant role or similar (3+ years preferred). - Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). - Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Notion, Asana, Slack). - Soft Skills_ - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure. - Mentality_ - A "second-brain" mentality, with a focus on anticipating and preemptively addressing the needs of the executive. - Comfortable with a high degree of autonomy and decision-making authority. - An over-communicator who thrives in a remote working environment and understands the value of excessive transparency in this setting. **What We Value Most** - Availability: Quick response times (<10 minutes) during working hours. - Accuracy: Providing estimates on task durations and meeting deadlines consistently. - Speed: Efficient execution of tasks without sacrificing quality. - Autonomy: The ability to work independently and resourcefully.
