Base pay range $4,320.00/yr - $4,800.00/yr Responsibilities: Develop and schedule creative content (memes, posts, videos) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok Actively monitor TikTok trends and incorporate relevant trends into content strategy Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and encouraging interaction on all platforms Maintain a consistent posting schedule throughout the week across all platforms Help the client learn Spanish during meetings by practicing conversational Spanish and sharing cultural insights Ensure cultural alignment and a good fit with the client's values and business style Collaborate on ideas to increase brand awareness and community engagement Requirements Creativity Ability to generate fresh, engaging, and humorous content that resonates with the audience and reflects the client's brand Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain ideas clearly and support language learning in meetings Adaptability Willingness and ability to quickly adjust to changing trends, platform algorithms, and client needs Proactiveness Taking initiative to find trending topics, suggest new content ideas, and engage with the community without needing constant direction Time Management Effectively managing a limited weekly schedule (10 hours) to maintain consistent posting and active presence on all platforms Collaboration Ability to work well with the client and possibly other team members, receiving and implementing feedback constructively Attention to Detail Ensuring posts are free of errors, correctly branded, and scheduled appropriately Schedule: 10 hours per week.
