As an Outbound Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in the company's growth by focusing on outbound prospecting and lead generation to drive revenue and help businesses realize the potential of digital marketing. Your responsibilities include proactively initiating conversations, identifying, and qualifying potential customers through strategic outreach efforts. The BDR position is part of a career progression track within the HubSpot BDR program, preparing you for a future Account Executive role. Starting with a base salary of 78.100.000 COP and an on-target commission of 33.900.000 COP, your total OTE will be 113.000.000 COP, with potential increases as you progress. In this role, you’ll: Collaborate with an Account Executive to identify potential customers and develop outbound prospecting strategies. Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (about 60-100 activities daily) via cold calling, email, and social media to engage leads. Qualify leads based on set criteria and schedule follow-up meetings with Account Executives. Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly targets and KPIs for outbound prospecting. We’re looking for candidates who: Are authorized to work in Colombia and fluent in Portuguese and English. Have experience with or are willing to learn about the Brazilian market. Are excited about growing in tech sales and becoming future Account Executives. Have sales experience or a strong desire to start in sales roles. Are goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about success. Communicate effectively via phone and written formats. Are comfortable with cold calling and email outreach. Take ownership of learning and seek coaching proactively. Have some experience with or willingness to learn sales tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
