Senior Demand Generation Manager for Web Application At Sur LATAM, we are seeking a results-driven and experienced Growth Marketer to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion for our web application. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a strong understanding of B2B SaaS growth. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement end-to-end growth strategies to drive user acquisition and retention, with a focus on increasing paid user conversions. - Drive trial sign-ups and activate users to utilize credits. - Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including LinkedIn Ads and other paid advertising platforms. - Utilize SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and visibility. - Create and manage engaging content across multiple marketing channels. - Actively participate in relevant online communities to build awareness and drive user acquisition. - Analyze data, track performance, and generate reports to identify areas for optimization and measure the success of growth initiatives. - Experiment with new and innovative growth marketing tactics to maximize ROI. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth efforts with product development and overall business objectives.
