We are seeking a Senior Social Analyst to contribute to our team's growth and help our global clients succeed. You will work directly with our agencies to activate, monitor, and optimize social media campaigns, while guiding team members to improve their technical goals. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with our agencies to launch, monitor, and optimize social media campaigns for global clients, adhering to their guidelines and business KPIs. - Conduct weekly status calls with internal stakeholders, providing performance and pacing strategies. - Maintain campaign health, implementing ongoing optimization efforts to meet objectives, including daily budget management, website conversions, bid management, and ad creative based on performance history and client objectives. - Ensure deliverable quality and campaign setup within social media platforms. - Proactively suggest improvements and troubleshoot issues. - Maintain daily communication with client campaign managers. - Report any operational issues promptly. - Develop and execute recommendations, beta tests, new platforms, optimization strategies, and vendors. - Participate in Social and Digital media training sessions and complete required certification and updates. - Stay connected with the global account team via email, IM, and/or video conference to ensure seamless execution of deliverables. - Identify growth opportunities and regularly communicate them to clients. - Help develop documentation of best practices for improving operational efficiencies within the team and the group. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends through advertising and media journals and recognized marketing sources. - Generate powerful insights that add value to campaign performance and focus on better results. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or a relevant field. - English proficiency at B2 level or above. - Minimum 2-3+ years of experience running social media advertising campaigns in two or more social platforms such as Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok for Business, LinkedIn Ads. - Good communication skills. - Result-oriented skills. - Attention to detail skills. - Analytical skills. - Intermediate Excel knowledge. - Strong teamwork and client orientation skills to support team growth.
